Shipping: As Sensa-skin products are made in small, fresh batches please allow up to 7 working days for your order be prepared from the day we receive your order and payment, this will ensure the freshness of your purchases. All orders will be sent by Australia Post, delivery time can be anything from a few days to three weeks depending on where you live.

Our Guarantee: We want you to be thrilled. If you're not blown away by the products sold on this site, we will ensure you get your money back. Simply return the unused portion within 21 days and your purchase price will be cheerfully refunded in full, less shipping and handling.

Product descriptions: We aim to ensure that every product is correctly described on this site. However, Sensa-skin may change the packaging, and in these circumstances we would not necessarily change the product picture.

Slight changes in colour and thickness of some products may occur between manufacturing batches. This is due to seasonal differences between the herbs and other raw ingredients and the fact that products are handmade in small batches.
